शिक्षा योग्यता
जरुरी योग्यता: Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters, regardless of the weightage given by the university or Institute) in pertinent engineering fields like chemical, civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, metallurgy, or mining।
Applicants who want to apply for SAIL’s management trainee (technical) positions must have a degree in engineering or technology in related disciplines, as stated in the official advertisement below।

Upper Age Limit:
Upper age limit as on 31.12.2023 (i.e Closing Date Of Online Application). For candidates belonging to SC,ST, OBC (NCL) & PwBD after age relaxation shall be as under.
- SC / ST: 33 years
- OBC (NCL): 31 years
- PwBD 10 years over & Above Category Relaxation
- Departmental Candidates Upper Age Limit: 45 years irrespective of the caste / Category of the candidates.
वेतन:
Management Trainees (Technical) will receive Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- per hour in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 to 1,60,000/-
